Clarence B. Jones is the former personal counsel and a close adviser of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. He helped the iconic civil rights leader compose his famous “I Have a Dream” speech and later helped King preserve its copyright. He is currently the Scholar in Residence at the Martin Luther King Jr. Institute at Stanford University.

Founded in 1909 and affiliated with the Episcopal church, The Bishop’s School is an independent coeducational college preparatory day school for students in grades six through twelve who live throughout San Diego County.
