- Students are expected to wear their regular uniform on all exam days.
- Students do not have to be on campus any time except for when they are taking exams.
- We will not monitor upper school students in terms of going off campus. Please speak to your children about your expectations for their whereabouts.
- Middle school students may not leave campus between exams without being signed out by a parent or guardian.
- There will be no advisory on exam days. Students will report directly to each of the scheduled exam locations where attendance will be taken. They should plan to report at least five minutes early to each exam. Exams begin at 7:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
- Other than calculators where appropriate, no electronic devices will be allowed in exam rooms.
- Students will have milk break from 9:35 a.m. – 9:50 a.m. and lunch from 12:00 noon – 12:25 p.m. each day if they are on campus.
- There is NO LATE START on Wednesday, May 16, 2012. The first exam of the day begins at 7:30 a.m. Please have your child be prompt.
- On exam days, bus service for exam week, May 15 through May 18, is as follows: Morning pick-up will be at the regular time and there are only two departure times - 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
- Seventh and eighth grade exams are 90 minutes long; upper school exams last two hours.
